shipping and returns
1. Delivery time
At the moment a part of our products are made by order. If so, please keep in mind an average of 2-3 weeks delivery time.
Every product in the shop is labeled whether it is in stock or if it is made by order.
When the items are in stock or if the made-by-order items are ready for delivery, the following shipping rates and shipping times applies.
2. Shipping rates
Depending on your location, we ship our products using DHL, PostNL or UPS. For customers in the Netherlands it's also possible to ship your order directly to a service point. For customers in Rotterdam it’s possible to pick up your order at our studio.
Once we've shipped your order, you'll receive a notification that includes a tracking link.

Zone 1: The Netherlands
Shipping Time: 3-5 business days
Cost: €7 (free on orders over 125 euro)
Zone 2: Western Europe
Shipping: 7-10 business days
Cost: €13 (free on orders over 200 euro)
Zone 3: Rest of the World
Shipping: 8-15 business days
Cost: €20 (free on orders over 250 euro)
Please note: Import duties and taxes might apply on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Zone 1: The Netherlands
Zone 2: Western Europe Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
Zone 3: Rest of the World _This includes any countries and regions not mentioned in the other shipping zones.
2.2 In-Studio Pickup
We offer In-Studio Pickup as an option for our local (Rotterdam-based) customers. Simply select In-Studio Pickup at Checkout and we will send you an email when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order and an ID to the studio to pick up your order.
Please note we re-use packaging as much as we can to save our precious natural resources. At the same time we are aware of the value of the unboxing experience, so we try to wrap your order as lovely as possible.
We strive to deliver the best possible products. If, however, you are unsatisfied with your order please read the below instructions carefully so we can take the necessary steps towards the perfect solution.

the product(s) you wish to return
the reason for the return
the order number of your order
your bank account number
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached and spare buttons included.
You may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Shipments do not include a return label and the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your purchase may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

We will complete your return once the parcel has arrived at the address above. The estimated turn around time is 14 days from the day that we receive the returned goods.
3.1 Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. A • Brandsma is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
3.2 Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, A • Brandsma reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
